We are looking for an Entry-Level Reliability Test Technician to support reliability testing and validation in a lab environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates looking to grow their experience working with hardware systems and test processes. Responsibilities + Execute reliability test plans and validation procedures + Set up and operate environmental test equipment (thermal, shock, vibration) + Assemble and disassemble hardware using basic tools + Collect and document test data and results + Maintain accurate documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint + Manage lab inventory, including test units, tools, and consumables + Follow established safety protocols and lab procedures Requirements + Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field + Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills & Experience + 1+ year of experience in a reliability or manufacturing test environment + Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking + Familiarity with electronic components and mechanical enclosures + Experience with environmental and reliability testing (HALT, HASS, HAST) + Strong organizational and documentation skills Additional Requirements + Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday during business hours + Ability to lift, move, and set up test equipment and samples Benefits + Health Insurance + Paid Time Off + 401(k) Pay Range $55K/yr - $70K/yr (DOE)
