Before we get into the details, here’s the most important thing to know.
We know the job title says “Real Estate Media Specialist,” which means yes, photography is part of the role, but at the core, we’re really customer service professionals who happen to hold a camera.
This role is all about how you show up for people. If you’re the type of person who can walk into a home, connect easily, make others feel comfortable, and represent a brand with confidence and professionalism, you’re already ahead of most applicants.
We can absolutely teach the photography side. In fact, we often prefer candidates with little to no photography experience because it allows us to train from scratch with consistency. And if you do already have experience, that’s great too, as long as you’re open to learning our systems and approach.
What we can’t teach is warmth, professionalism, energy, and great people skills, and that’s what matters most here.
About the Role
We work with some of the top real estate agents in Greenville and the Upstate region, and what keeps them coming back isn't just the quality of our media. It's how we treat them. We show up on time, communicate clearly, make their clients feel at ease, and deliver a smooth experience every time. Our photographers are a true extension of our clients' brands, and that's a responsibility we take seriously.
A heads up on what this job actually looks like day to day: it's fast-paced, you'll work with a wide range of personalities, and there will be constructive feedback regularly. The people who thrive here lean into that rather than away from it. If that sounds like your environment, keep reading.
