Start your journey as a Master Tech—get paid to diagnose, service, and work on top-of-the-line machines! We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Powersports Technician with basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to learn the "why" behind the "how."

• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, fluid flushes, tire swaps, and brake services.
• Assist senior techs with diagnosing electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues.
• Unbox and assemble new units, ensuring safety and proper setup.
• Install accessories such as winches, plow kits, lighting, and exhaust systems.
• Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections to ensure machines are trail-ready.
• Maintain a clean workspace and professional tools.

Qualifications include a solid understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, proficiency with hand and power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment. A technical mindset and clear documentation skills are essential. Must have a valid driver’s license, with a motorcycle endorsement obtainable within 90 days.
