OverviewMead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Entry‑Level Marketing Coordinator to join our Aviation group at our Scottsdale, AZ office.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Coordinating the proposal process including curating internal content, editing, layout.Preparing statements of qualification and interviews for competitive project pursuitsAttending proposal kickoff meetingsAssisting with advertisements, public relations, photography, database management, and administrative tasks, as needed.Performing quality control reviewsArchiving proposal content and other marketing materialsOther tasks as assignedOccasional travel may be required.QualificationsThe successful candidate must have at least one of the following:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.ORAssociate's degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline from an accredited college or university AND at least 2 years of relevant experience.ORIf no degree, must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, business administration, journalism, advertising, or public relations.The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:Working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment with constant deadlinesAdobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)Database experienceProofing/editing long documentsFamiliarity with architectural or engineering consulting firmAt Mead & Hunt we shape the future by putting people first.
