Entry Level Maintenance Position

This entry-level maintenance position is based in a fabrication shop and involves keeping all equipment, tools, and the facility in good working order. You will perform routine maintenance on welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools, troubleshoot breakdowns, and make repairs quickly to minimize downtime. The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to work under supervision with some autonomy, with opportunities for on-the-job learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and make timely repairs
• Maintain and repair building features such as doors, lighting, and plumbing
• Ensure safety systems are functioning properly and comply with safety standards
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Minimize equipment and facility downtime through proactive maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
