What You'll Be Doing
As an Insulation Installer, you will work on residential and commercial projects, installing insulation and air-sealing products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings
- Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
- Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
- Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed
- Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
- Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
- Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices
- Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
- Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes
Qualifications We're Looking For: - We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
- Comfortable working with tools and reading measurements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (drug-free workplace)
- Construction or general labor experience is helpful but not required
