What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and service work to company standards
- Make confident repair vs. replace recommendations
- Communicate clearly with customers and deliver a high-quality experience
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams
- Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
- Solid understanding of airflow, air balancing, and basic sheet metal
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean, insurable record
Willingness to take ownership and step into leadership when needed
