Star Heating and Cooling is hiring a motivated Entry Level HVAC Service Technician who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to learn. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a few months of experience who wants hands-on training, year-round work, and long-term career growth.

$21 - $29 per hour (starting rate based on experience) + performance bonuses

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call rotation only as needed after training)
What You'll Do
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems
Deliver friendly, professional customer service and clear recommendations
Complete service tickets and accurate documentation
Work independently while being fully supported by an experienced team
Grow your skills quickly with paid training and real on-the-job experience
What You Need
EPA Type II Certification (required)
6+ months of HVAC service experience
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
ServiceTitan experience is a plus (not required)
