We're currently hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably year-round.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing seasonal maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
• Inspecting equipment and identifying potential concerns before breakdowns occur
• Communicating findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
• Maintaining accurate service notes and documentation
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused experience on every call
• Working closely with a supportive team that values quality workmanship

What We're Looking For

• HVAC experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• EPA Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
