Pay: $19.00 - 24.00 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some weekends and overtime as needed)
Position Summary: You'll work in the field alongside experienced technicians while actively contributing to service calls, learning the trade through real job-site experience, and building the skills needed to become a full-service HVAC technician.
What We're Looking for:
Experience in construction, maintenance, or home services is highly desired
HVAC trade school training or technical education is a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic and a track record of reliable attendance
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license
Mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn HVAC
