This isn’t a sit-back-and-observe role. You’ll be in the middle of things—supporting employees, solving problems, and learning how HR operates in a fast-paced, operational environment.

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while delivering a consistent, responsive, and high-quality employee experience.
Employee Support & HR Operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and leadership inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and solutions-oriented support
- Handle routine employee relations matters (questions, basic issue resolution) and escalate more complex situations appropriately
- Support consistent application of HR policies and practices
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process
Benefits & HR Administration
- Support benefits administration, employee questions, and enrollment processes
- Assist with leave administration and tracking
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee data within HRIS (JDE)/ASANA
Data Dashboards
- Prepare standard reports and support HR metrics tracking
Employee Experience
- Support execution of employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR-led strategic initiatives
- Assist with internal communications and HR program coordination
- Contribute to creating a consistent and positive employee experience across the organization for the entire employment life cycle
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred or related degree
- SHRM certification and/or membership preferred
- 1-3 years of HR administrative and/or HR experience with demonstrated ability to support confidential HR matters with professionalism and discretion
- Strong technical proficiency
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as JDE, ASANA and ATS or similar platforms
Demonstrated Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that reflect professionalism and empathy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across all employee levels.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HR-specific software quickly.
- Demonstrated reliability, responsiveness, and commitment to a high-quality employee experience.
- Positive, approachable, and professional presence consistent with HR’s service-oriented mission. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
