Job Summary:
Entry-Level Graphic Artist to support the creation and development of visual content for internal and external business needs. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual looking to grow within a professional, technology-driven manufacturing environment
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and editing digital and print design materials
- Support branding, marketing, and production-related visual projects
- Use graphic design software to develop layouts, images, and basic artwork
- Prepare files for print and digital use following company standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete design tasks and revisions
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all work
- Follow production timelines and meet assigned deadlines
- Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Load and unload materials and monitor production flow
- Perform basic equipment checks and report issues as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
- Follow detailed instructions and meet daily production goals
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required (higher education preferred)
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
