Job Summary

Job Description

• Assist with planting, pollinating, harvesting, shipping, and weeding activities
• Prepare fields, seed, and plant samples for crop production and product development
• Support maintenance and improvement of farms and related assets
• Follow all operational policies and safety procedures
• Carry out assigned support duties accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow supervisor’s instructions
• Perform outdoor field work in varying environmental conditions

Skills Required

• Strong teamwork and self-motivation skills
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions
• Agricultural knowledge or previous agricultural work experience preferred
• Experience operating agricultural equipment preferred
• Ability to recognize and diagnose equipment issues preferred
• Familiarity with drones, iOS devices, and Microsoft Office preferred

Education/Training/Certifications

• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Start Time: 7:30 AM
• Availability to work at least 30 or more hours per week preferred
• Flexible seasonal schedule, typically from early May through late August
• Ability to work on uneven surfaces and in outdoor conditions including dirt, insects, sunlight, and temperature extremes
• Ability to work outdoors and extended hours as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
