Schedule: 5–6 days per week, typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour (base + bonus), weekly pay, mileage reimbursement
Position Overview
A leading home improvement company is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Marketers. In this role, you'll work directly in local neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, introducing them to our products and services, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.

What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our products and services
- Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule qualified in-home appointments for our sales team
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Learn current products, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Utilize mobile technology to record leads and appointments
- Meet individual and team lead generation goals
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently outdoors
Schedule
- Part-time opportunity
- Work 5–6 days per week
- Typical shifts are:
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Consistent weekly schedule with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
