Were seeking an Entry Level Farmers Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to build a career in the insurance industry. You will manage your own lead pipeline and help clients find the right coverage for their needs. This is a Monday through Friday role with warm leads provided, hands-on training, and clear expectations around daily activity and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact and follow up with leads through calls and outreach
  • Quote, sell, and bind auto, home, life, and commercial policies
  • Maintain consistent daily activity to meet production goals
  • Accurately document client interactions and sales activity
  • Build relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Manage time effectively across leads and opportunities
  • Servicing client policies as needed/building relationships with referral partners
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses a bonus, but we will help you get them if you don't have them
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with comfort in a goal-oriented role
  • Coachable with a willingness to apply feedback
  • Strong work ethic, consistency, and discipline
  • Ability to stay motivated through rejection
