We are looking for dependable and motivated Event Operations Assistants to help execute successful community events through hands-on support and customer interaction. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking entry-level experience in events, logistics, or field operations.
What You’ll Do:
Transport, set up, and break down event materials and equipment
Assist with on-site event operations and coordination
Support guest engagement and answer basic attendee questions
Help organize inventory, supplies, and event materials
Ensure events run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule
Collaborate closely with team members during event execution
What You’ll Bring:
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout events
Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, logistics, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
Basic familiarity with smartphones, mobile apps, and digital communication tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
