    As an Event Assistant, you#39;ll work alongside experienced event managers and marketing professionals to help plan, coordinate, and execute successful events from start to finish.     Responsibilities

    • Assist Event Managers with planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events, marketing activations, and client campaigns.
    • Support venue selection, event logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and event preparation.
    • Provide administrative support by creating event timelines, organizing documents, maintaining databases, and tracking project milestones.
    • Assist with on-site event operations, including event setup, attendee registration, guest support, and event breakdown.
    • Create and coordinate marketing materials, promotional content, presentations, social media assets, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, sponsors, and event partners.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze event performance data to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations.
    • Maintain inventory of promotional materials, event supplies, and marketing collateral.
    • Identify opportunities to improve event operations, customer experiences, and overall campaign performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor#39;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Previous experience or internships in event planning, event marketing, customer service, promotions, hospitality, retail, or marketing are a plus.
    • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for scheduled events when needed.
