Responsibilities
- Represent charity partners through face-to-face marketing and community outreach activities
- Engage with members of the public in a professional and friendly manner
- Support fundraising campaigns and help achieve team performance goals
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from customers and supporters
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and donations
- Assist with daily campaign activities and administrative tasks
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops
- Communicate campaign updates and progress to management
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer engagement and campaign results
