What You'll Do: Ride along with and assist licensed Service Electricians on residential calls Learn whole-house electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations in real customer homes Handle material prep, pulling wire, installing devices, and jobsite cleanup Keep the truck stocked, organized, and ready for every call Deliver a clean, professional, customer-first experience on every job  Show up with a positive attitude and contribute to a high-energy team culture

What We're Looking For:

• 0–18 months of electrical experience — trade school students, recent grads, and career changers encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of hand tools and a strong willingness to learn the electrical trade
• Coachable, dependable, and hungry to grow into a Journeyman role
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting, climbing ladders, working in attics and crawlspaces
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
