United HVAC Motors LLC is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Demo Electric Motor Remanufacturing position. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in the electric motor remanufacturing industry or those with some hands-on experience who want to grow. You will be involved in the disassembly and inspection phase of electric motor remanufacturing while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive, safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in disassembling and reassembling electric motors using hand tools and other equipment
- Perform inspections and basic diagnostics to identify issues with electric motors
- Follow all PPE and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Accurately submit end-of-day reports and communicate through company platforms
- Work efficiently to meet production needs based on company demand
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Requirements
- Basic technology / computer skills
- Familiarity with hand tools and proper usage
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Upbeat attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
- Endurance: fast paced, hands on, production work.
Schedule
- 8-10 hour shifts, based on company needs
- Monday-Saturday, closed Sundays.
