This role involves working with internal teams to prioritize and resolve tickets that impact revenue-generating activities, performing advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues. Coordination with field technicians for maintenance and repairs, remote testing, and escalation of issues are key responsibilities.
