Shift availability - 8 AM - 8PM

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and account-related needs through phone and other communication channels
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve routine to moderately complex customer concerns efficiently
- Research issues, process transactions, and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Escalate more complex issues when appropriate
- Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Support customers with online, mobile, and digital service tools
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of customer service experience required
- Prior call center, contact center, or financial services experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment with performance goals
- Ability to learn systems quickly and manage multiple applications
- Flexible to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekend availability as needed
