We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative position. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain experience in customer service, community outreach, event marketing, communications, and leadership development.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community members at outreach events and promotional campaigns
- Provide professional and friendly customer service while representing nonprofit organizations
- Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising initiatives
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and community engagement activities
- Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication and public interaction
- Support outreach and awareness campaigns to help achieve team goals
- Learn customer service, communication, leadership, and event marketing strategies
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
