Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Communication: Interact professionally with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide accurate and friendly service.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys insurance products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.

Documentation: Record and update customer interactions and information in the companys database accurately.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience and share insights for continuous improvement.


Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

Customer Service Orientation: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and offer effective solutions on the spot.
