Responsibilies
Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Help guests understand recommended services and maintenance needs
Work closely with technicians and service department staff
Create repair orders and communicate service updates to guests
Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized workflow
Follow up with guests after service visits to ensure satisfaction
Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism
Maintain the Dealership's standards for value, quality, and integrity
