We also believe every voice matters—regardless of title or tenure—and we work hard to maintain a collaborative, inclusive environment.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Credit & Collections Analyst (Leasing) to join our on-site team in Beaverton, OR.

Position Summary

The Credit & Collections Analyst (Leasing) plays a key role in protecting revenue and supporting healthy cash flow. In this role, you will:

  • Identify and manage delinquent lease pass-through (LE) accounts
  • Support collections by analyzing and structuring aging reports
  • Ensure timely service shutoffs for truly delinquent accounts through a structured 5-day notice process
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records across multiple systems
  • Analyze aging data to identify trends, prioritize accounts, and create targeted action lists to guide collectors’ efforts

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across departments, and keeping complex processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Lease Account Coordination

  • Review E-automate and lease company aging reports to identify delinquent lease accounts, with a focus on 90–120+ day past-due balances
  • Use lease company portals (DLL, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, CFS, PEAC, Verdant, LEAF) to confirm account status, payment history, and balances
  • Review delinquency reports and communicate updates to leadership, including VPs, Branch Managers, and Billing Account Managers (BAMs)
  • Partner with Contracts and local branches to resolve accounts that are not truly delinquent (e.g., already paid, buyouts, pending upgrades)
  • Initiate and manage the 5-day service shutoff process for confirmed delinquent accounts
  • Accurately track account statuses and maintain clear notes in E-automate
  • Escalate complex or high-impact accounts (e.g., bankruptcy, large customers, multiple leases) to Legal when appropriate

Aging & Collections Support

  • Pull, organize, and structure aging reports from E-automate
  • Prepare reporting to support collectors and overall collections strategy
  • Track trends and identify high-priority accounts for follow-up
  • Assist in building and maintaining strategic “hot lists” for the collections team

Delinquency Workflow Management

  • Send internal pre-notifications to Sales Representatives and BAMs prior to issuing 5-day shutoff notices
  • Issue formal 5-day service shutoff notices to customers with clear next steps and expectations
  • Monitor accounts during the notice period and verify payment status with lease companies
  • Coordinate with territory collectors to initiate service termination when required
  • Track account progress and maintain reporting in Excel and internal systems
  • Provide weekly status updates to Legal (e.g., In Review, 5-Day Notice Sent, Services Terminated)
  • Ensure all account documentation and notes are clear, accurate, and consistently updated

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, accounts receivable, collections, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with data, aging reports, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (E-automate preferred)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured processes, and meet deadlines

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Opportunity to collaborate closely with sales, finance, operations, and legal

  • Hands-on experience with reporting, aging analysis, and collections workflows
  • Stable, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment with room to grow

Comprehensive Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and PTO
  • FSA program
