What You’ll Do


We’re hiring for an Entry-Level Field Technician.
You’ll help service, install, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment. No prior experience in this exact trade is required—we’ll train the right person.


A background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC/R work is helpful, but not required.


Your Day-to-Day Includes:


  • Assisting with equipment repairs, installations, and maintenance

  • Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

  • Traveling to local customer sites throughout Vermont

  • Keeping accurate notes and communicating clearly with dispatch

What You’ll Need


  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Comfort using tools and solving mechanical problems

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, pull 50 lbs

  • Basic hand tools (we can help you get started)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
