Location: Southeast Houston, TX
Pay: Starting at $16-19/hr depending on experience
Schedule: MondayThursday | 7:00 AM6:00 PM
Overtime on Fridays and weekends as needed

LINK Staffing is hiring Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators for a machine shop in Southeast Houston. This is a hands-on manufacturing role with long-term potential for candidates interested in machining and industrial production. No machining experience is required, but shop, fabrication, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

What Youll Do
- Assist with machine shop production operations
- Load and unload metal materials and machined parts
- Support CNC lathe and milling operations
- Measure and inspect parts during production
- Use hand tools and basic shop equipment
- Keep work areas clean and follow shop safety procedures
What Were Looking For
- Manufacturing, shop, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work overtime, including Fridays and weekends when needed
- Comfortable working in a machine shop environment
- Able to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
