TEKsystems is hiring an entry-level Bank Teller I to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Lynnwood, WA Job Description: To provide members and prospective members with the full range of products and services the client offers - including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts. Assist with lending products and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Assist/training to lower-level team members. Responsibilities: + Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans + Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loans, overdraft protection, and credit card applications + Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services + Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly + Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration + Perform platform banking functions + Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services + May assist with Branch Office vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures + May serve as a Branch Office and/or ATM vault custodian + Perform other duties as assigned' Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am -6:00pm and on Saturday from 8:00am - 2:00 pm Top Skills Details Customer Service Cash Handling Experience Account management Administration Retail Sales Additional Skills & Qualifications In-person customer service Some knowledge of banking or prior financial experience Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynnwood, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.28 - $23.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
