Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Guide daily outreach efforts by assigning team routes that maximize visibility for affordable mobile solutions in Riverside.
- Provide hands‑on coaching to associates on enrollment steps, customer rapport, and sales fundamentals.
- Conduct quality checks on enrollment submissions to maintain accuracy and protect customer privacy.
- Run morning strategy meetings to set sales expectations and review local community insights.
- Step in on complex customer situations to ensure positive resolutions and long‑term loyalty.
- Work with Entry Level Assistant Managers to analyze outreach data and pinpoint communities needing stronger sales presence.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in leadership or sales is a plus.
