5.5-Month Contract

The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Entry Level Accounts Receivable Specialist for Staples in Framingham, MA.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections. Previous AR experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service experience from call centers, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or administrative environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances
• Follow up with customers regarding past-due invoices
• Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile customer accounts and provide account reporting
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and internal business teams
• Negotiate payment arrangements and support collection efforts
• Maintain positive customer relationships while driving timely payment resolution

Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, or related experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/O365

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to develop a long-term career within Finance and Accounts Receivable.
