Entry Level Accountant
Location: Westlake, Ohio

What Youll Do
As an Entry Level Accountant, youll be involved in a variety of key accounting functions, with training and mentorship every step of the way:
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts and supporting schedules
Support preparation of financial reports and statements
Help track and reconcile fixed assets, accruals, and prepaids
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Participate in audit preparation and financial documentation
Collaborate with team members across accounting and finance
Take part in process improvement and special projects
What Were Looking For
Were not expecting years of experience, however, experience is a plus. Were really just looking for potential, attitude, and eagerness to learn:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Internship, classroom projects, or part-time accounting experience is a plus (not required)
Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Excel (formulas, data organization)
Excellent communication and willingness to ask questions
Positive attitude and a desire to build a long-term career in accounting

Pay: $45,000 to $47,000 a year
