    We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in account management, client services, customer success, business development, or sales. Training is provided.

    As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will build relationships with clients, support customer accounts, and help ensure a positive customer experience. Working alongside experienced team members, you will develop skills in client communication, account support, problem-solving, and business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
    • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
    • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining account records.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Monitor account activity and follow up on customer requests.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and customer information.
    • Meet individual and team performance goals.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • No prior account management experience required; training is provided.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
