IDR is seeking a Enterprise Wi-Fi Performance Engineer to join one of our top clients. This role involves optimizing and supporting large-scale wireless networks within a leading enterprise environment. Position Overview for the Enterprise Wi-Fi Performance Engineer:
Support the performance tuning and optimization of large-scale Wi-Fi and RAN environments
Conduct network analysis, troubleshooting, and validation activities to ensure optimal wireless performance
Collaborate with engineering teams on performance enhancements and new technology evaluations
Work independently managing complex wireless environments, including 5G and enterprise Wi-Fi
Support environments supporting millions of access points and users, ensuring scalability and reliability
Requirements for the Enterprise Wi-Fi Performance Engineer:
5 - 10+ years of experience in wireless performance engineering or network optimization
Experience with RAN (Radio Access Network) performance and optimization
Experience performing network performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting
Experience conducting field testing and validating real-world wireless network performance
