The Enterprise Training & Business Implementation Manager is a critical execution role within Westrock's transformation program. This role sits at the intersection of process, people, and technology -- responsible for ensuring that new workflows are adopted, users are trained, and the business is ready to operate in the future state.
The Enterprise Training & Business Implementation Manager owns the full training lifecycle enterprise-wide and shares accountability for UAT, user readiness, and post-go-live adoption across all facilities.
Job Duties:
Training & Enablement
- Design and execute the enterprise-wide training strategy and plan across all facilities
- Establish and own standardized training frameworks, materials, and delivery methods that scale consistently across all plant locations
- Serve as the single point of accountability for training consistency -- ensuring no facility operates from a different playbook
- Develop end-user training content in partnership with transformation teams and plant stakeholders.
- Own the training schedule, delivery, and logistics enterprise-wide
- Measure training effectiveness and close feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
User Acceptance Testing
- Lead project UAT execution for new Foundry workflow releases -- accountable for end-user testing outcomes
- Write UAT test cases in collaboration with engineering and transformation leads
- Surface defects, blockers, and readiness gaps with clear accountability
Business Adoption & Sustainment
- Co-own post-go-live adoption and sustainment alongside the Transformation Lead
- Serve as the operational voice of the end user throughout the build and deployment cycle
