Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact with management, clients and vendors on planning, coordination, analysis and implementation of projects.
- Work closely with both TAM and Application Administration on technical projects and serve as technical analyst/coordinator for AITS cross-functional projects.
- Conduct analysis to support AITS's ERP strategy and future ERP planning, including review of current modifications, interfaces, batch processes, integrations, in-house developed and vendor applications, and custom or modified database objects. Maintain a working knowledge of vendors' current and future offerings, including integration strategies and SaaS methodologies, and help promote understanding of these approaches across teams
- Stay up to date on latest technology advances by participating in professional conferences, training, and user organizations relevant to job responsibilities.
- Support production critical activities during non-business hours, as needed. This may require evening or weekend hours, depending upon the business cycle of the university.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
