Job Title: Solution Architect I Enterprise Solutions (Power Platform / Power Apps Architect with Copilot & D365 Experience)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and/or F&O). The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in designing and implementing Copilot and AI Builder-based solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem to drive intelligent business automation and data insights.

The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in CRM/enterprise applications, including 4+ years with Dynamics 365 CE. They will define solution architecture across CE modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights. The role involves translating business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs, leading fit-gap analysis, design workshops, proof-of-concepts, architecting CE platform solutions, designing integrations with Azure services, driving Power Platform adoption, governing solution quality, and staying current with Microsoft releases, roadmap, and licensing models.

The role also includes providing technical consultation for active projects, contributing to pre-sales and RFPs, developing reusable IPs, integrating and approving accelerators, and building AI-powered CRM demonstrations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform implementations integrated with Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O/BC).
  • Design scalable Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Custom Pages) using Dataverse and Azure Services.
  • Architect Copilot-enabled solutions using AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI integration.
  • Establish governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices for Power Platform environments.
  • Lead integration of Power Apps with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and external systems using Power Automate and custom connectors.
  • Design and implement low-code extensions for Dynamics 365 processes such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance.
  • Enable Copilot experiences within Power Apps and Dynamics 365 using natural language automation, prompt engineering, and custom Copilot plugins.
  • Leverage AI Builder, Azure AI Services, and Copilot Studio to automate data extraction, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
  • Drive adoption of Copilot across Dynamics 365 modules including Sales Insights, Customer Service Copilot, and Finance Copilot.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI/ML use cases within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Define standards for solution architecture, environment strategy, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and performance optimization guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide delivery teams on Power Platform development, deployment, and support.
  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional solution designs using standard capabilities with minimal customizations.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, proof-of-concepts, and architecture reviews.
  • Stay informed on Microsoft product releases, roadmap, and licensing models.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, RFP responses, accelerator development, and AI-based CRM solution demonstrations.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM and Enterprise Applications.
  • 4+ years of experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and AI-driven Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and external enterprise applications.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse, plugin development, and custom workflows.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals, Power Virtual Agents, and AI-powered CRM capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Azure authentication technologies including Azure AD, ADFS, and OAuth.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
  • Experience contributing to pre-sales, RFPs, solution accelerators, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
