    Enterprise Solution Architect (Healthcare & AI)

    Job description -

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end Solution Architecture for healthcare platforms, ensuring alignment with Health Enterprise Architecture standards, technology strategy, and governance.
    • Provide expert Technology Consultation, Application Portfolio Management, and Vendor Management to optimize technology investments.
    • Design, integrate, and maintain complex systems utilizing core healthcare standards and protocols, including HL7, FHIR, EDI, DICOM, RIS / PACS, Master Data Management (MDM), Electronic Health Record Systems (Epic is a plus), and Interface Engines.
    • Evaluate AI tools and products for enterprise utilization to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation.
    • Design, develop, and deploy strategic solutions, including those that are AI-powered, to address complex business challenges with eCLIENT on responsible use of data and AI.
    • Establish architectural blueprints, reference models, technology landscapes, and transition roadmaps to guide development and capabilities across the ecosystem.
    • Partner with product owners, business analysts, and engineering leads to govern design patterns and promote technical excellence.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent technology experience in lieu of a degree (e.g., software engineering or systems architecture).
    • 7+ years of healthcare domain expertise across Provider, Patient, Clinical, Claims, Payer, Value-Based Care, Fee-for-Service, and System Interoperability.
    • Experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture within complex IT environments.
    • Experience working with key healthcare standards and integration technologies (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI, DICOM, RIS / PACS, Master Data Management, Electronic Health Record Systems, Interface Engines).
    • Experience formulating technology strategy, technical governance, and providing architecture consultation to senior business/technical leaders.
