Harm policy What you will do: The Security Manager is responsible for
ensuring the safety and security of company personnel, facilities, and
assets-both physical and intellectual. This role will lead proactive
threat assessments, manage executive protection programs, oversee
response plans, and strengthen strategic partnerships with internal and
external stakeholders. How you will do it: Physical Security & Crisis
Response Conduct and supportphysical security assessmentsfor offices,
events, and high-risk operations using risk-based evaluation tools.
Coordinate crisis response efforts duringnatural disasters, manmade
threats, and technological disruptions, ensuring rapid activation of
contingency protocols. Leadsupply chain security and strike contingency
planningprojects by engaging cross-functional teams and external
partners. Support and conductinternal investigations-including fraud,
theft, and breaches-through evidence gathering and working with relevant
departments. Drivesecurity technology enhancementsby identifying and
implementing upgrades to surveillance, access control, and intrusion
