The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with large enterprise clients. This role focuses on complex, high-value sales cycles, strategic account development, and long-term client partnerships.
The Enterprise Sales Executive works closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet enterprise client needs in a fully remote environment.
This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop strategic account plans to expand existing enterprise accounts
- Conduct high-level presentations, demos, and solution proposals
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry engagements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B sales, or account executive roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise software solutions
- Background in technology, fintech, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT sectors
- Strong understanding of solution-based or consultative selling methodologies
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range:$120,000 – $180,000 USD (Base Salary)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE):$200,000 – $350,000+ USD, including commission and performance incentives
- Additional compensation may include bonuses, equity, or stock options
