Track and report progress against defined milestones, identifying risks and delays.
Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of outputs.
Develop and refine key deliverables, including operating models, governance frameworks, and response procedures.
Synthesize stakeholder input into clear, actionable documentation and recommendations.
Support preparation of materials for senior leadership updates and decision-making forums

Assist in resolving execution challenges and removing blocks across teams.

Proven ability to translate strategic roadmaps into executable workplans and drive delivery against defined timelines.
Strong experience coordinating across business, technology, and corporate functions to deliver against shared objectives.
Experience developing and refining Crisis & Incident Management frameworks, governance structures, and response procedures.
Ability to track execution progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delivery blockers.

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting or enhancing enterprise Crisis & Incident Management programs in large, complex organizations.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
Familiarity with crisis simulation exercises, incident response coordination, or real-event support.
Experience working with or aligning resilience frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301, FFIEC) in a practical, implementation-focused capacity.
