Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager Executive (10832)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Interview Process: 1 Round Virtual

Candidate Location Requirements: Candidate MUST be a South Carolina resident ( No relocation allowed)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large-scale enterprise projects from initiation to closure
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices
  • Implement and manage change management strategies
  • Oversee performance evaluation metrics and reporting
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership on project status and outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
    • OR 10+ years of relevant experience as an Enterprise Project Manager in lieu of degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise-level projects
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Performance Evaluation frameworks
    • Change Management principles
  • Proven experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • University degree in a related field
  • Experience working in government or public sector environments (nice to have)
