Description
Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager Executive (10832)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Interview Process: 1 Round Virtual
Candidate Location Requirements: Candidate MUST be a South Carolina resident ( No relocation allowed)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise projects from initiation to closure
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices
- Implement and manage change management strategies
- Oversee performance evaluation metrics and reporting
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain clear communication with leadership on project status and outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- OR 10+ years of relevant experience as an Enterprise Project Manager in lieu of degree
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise-level projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Performance Evaluation frameworks
- Change Management principles
- Proven experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- University degree in a related field
- Experience working in government or public sector environments (nice to have)
