The Service Portfolio and Delivery organization, part of CCS, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence, and nurture long-term loyalty. One of the key mechanisms through which Microsoft activates the incredible talent of its technical teams for customer success is Microsoft Unified. Unified enables a proactive approach with customers that accelerates value creation and sustains growth for the Microsoft Cloud. It serves as a growth engine for the company by getting hands-on with customers to understand their priorities and help drive adoption and optimization at speed.
The Unified Enterprise Product team creates and brings to market commercial offerings that provide expert guidance and problem resolution, ensuring customers get value and success from their Microsoft technologies.
As Enterprise Product Manager, Unified Service Offerings, you will contribute to and drive Unified Service Offerings to market. You will own the end-to-end design of customer experiences and offerings spanning all Microsoft Solution Areas, and you will drive key partnerships with Finance, Sales, Delivery, Operations, GTM, Deal Desk, and Customer Success to build, launch, and manage our offerings around the world.

Required / Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
6+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience program management, process management, or process improvement
OR Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 15+ years experience in program management , process management, or process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
8+ years people management experience.
Proven track record in end-to-end product or offer management, from ideation to launch and scale, with measurable business impact.
Demonstrated experience working with Customer Support or Professional Services organizations, including their operational models and customer engagement strategies.
Experience bringing commercial offerings to market - including pricing, packaging, SKU/offer architecture, and incentive design.
Experience partnering with engineering or data science teams to embed AI/ML capabilities into products or services.
Exceptional strategic analysis and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels.
Experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes to senior executives.
Deep understanding of Microsoft's solution areas: Infrastructure; Digital & App Innovation; Data & AI; Business Applications; Modern Work; and Security.
Familiarity with Microsoft Unified Support and competing offerings from AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, and others is a plus.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
