Job Title: Enterprise Network Services Manager
Req Id: 12730
Specific Responsibilities
The Manager, Enterprise Network Services for Apache Corporation will lead the design, delivery, and operations of the company's global network infrastructure, supporting corporate offices, data centers, cloud environments and field operations across the Permian Basin and international assets.
This role is responsible for network strategy, architecture, operations, and team leadership, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity aligned with business priorities. The Manager will lead a team of network engineers and analysts while partnering closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and field operations teams.
This role will be primarily responsible for the following:

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
12+ years of networking experience, including 5+ years in leadership or management roles
Proven experience managing enterprise network environments in large organizations
Experience supporting Oil & Gas operations, particularly field networking in remote environments
Technical Expertise
Strong experience with:
Palo Alto (Panorama, NGFW, Prisma)
Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and data center (Nexus)
SD-WAN and software-defined networking
Network security architectures (Zero Trust, segmentation)
Deep knowledge of:
Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Firewall technologies (IPSec, SSL, DMVPN)
Network performance analysis and troubleshooting
Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds) and packet analysis (Wireshark)
Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure/AWS)
Experience with NAC solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE)
Leadership & Business Skills
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service providers
Strong project and program management capabilities
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications (Preferred)
CCNP or CCIE
Relevant security or cloud certifications
