The City of Minneapolis is currently accepting applications for the position of Enterprise Information Management Analyst II.
The Enterprise Information Management Analyst II (EIMA II) supports the City's information management program, with a focus on privacy and data access. EIMA IIs manage complex public data requests by working directly with requestors and City departments to ensure accurate and consistent outcomes. They also design and lead projects that improve data access, address privacy considerations, and resolve barriers to information. They use specialized software and must be able to learn new technology. The role requires developing a strong understanding of City business processes, records, data systems, enterprise technology, and legal/compliance requirements. While part of a supportive team, EIMA IIs are expected to lead projects, perform significant independent analysis, and identify or escalate issues as needed.
