- Serve as the Enterprise Information Architect, bridging technical engineering and information science for a premier client in Washington, DC. - Architect and oversee a secure, compliant, and high-value Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem. - Lead the adoption and scaling of Microsoft Copilot and AI Agents, ensuring organizational knowledge is accessible yet strictly governed. - Design and implement enterprise-wide data classification, sensitivity labeling, and retention policies using Microsoft Purview. - Engineer complex permissions models, including Entra ID and Conditional Access, to ensure secure and compliant data collaboration in Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. - Develop and manage predictive cost models for AI Agent adoption and M365 resource consumption. - Oversee compliance protocols, including eDiscovery, audit, and records management within the M365 E5 stack. - Lead the development of enterprise information architecture and content management strategies that support both productivity and machine learning. - Utilize advanced technical expertise in the Microsoft 365 E5 productivity stack (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform). - Demonstrate advanced, hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview for data residency, records management, and automated labeling. - Exhibit strong command of Entra ID and permission structures for AI data security. - Apply strategic and analytical skills to balance risk management and productivity, including financial forecasting for IT services. - Collaborate onsite or in a hybrid capacity in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. - Possess a Master's Degree in Information and Library Sciences (MLIS) from an ALA-accredited institution, focusing on information architecture or enterprise knowledge systems.
