Job Summary
The Enterprise GTM Process Excellence Manager is responsible for assessing, identifying obstacles, building in quality and continuously improving the end-to-end Enterprise Go-To-Market process. This role serves as the process matter expert, partnering cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, drive alignment, and implement scalable process improvements. The role translates insights from Quality and transformation workstreams into actionable changes, ensuring the EGTM process is efficient, standardized, and consistently executed across the enterprise. The role owns the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of the EGTM Process.

Associate Responsibilities
Required Education
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement, operations, program management, or like roles inclusive of the following:
2 years of demonstrated experience leading projects or influencing cross-functional teams
Experience working in cross-functional environments within retail, apparel, or consumer goods
Microsoft SharePoint experience is preferred
Strong process mapping and systems thinking capabilities
Proven ability to diagnose problems and lead structured problem-solving
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy to support process change analysis
Strong communication skills, ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable insights
Outstanding time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills across senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
