Description
This role is a key leadership opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about enterprise delivery maturity, governance, and change effectiveness at Citizens Bank. The Enterprise Delivery Manager will play a central role in evolving and improving Citizen's Agile operating model (known as Modern Operating Model internally) and Agile Center of Excellence (CoE), shaping the governance and delivery model with Reimagine the Bank (an ambitious, multi-year effort to simplify how Citizen's operates, modernize its tools and ways of working) to scale across the enterprise, and evolving enterprise-level reporting to enable clearer decision-making.
The position partners closely with business, technology, risk, and change leaders to improve how work is planned, measured, and communicated across Advance, Protect, and BAU initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape how the organization delivers change-balancing rigor, pragmatism, and enterprise impact.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $146,000-$191,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
