Job Title

Enterprise Commercial Pricing Systems & Analytics Manager

Job Description

Support and optimize Philips' commercial pricing ecosystem by serving as a key resource for pricing systems, reporting, analytics, and governance. You will help ensure the effectiveness of critical pricing platforms, enhance visibility into commercial performance, and drive operational improvements that enable pricing leaders to focus on strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, improve margin performance, and strengthen commercial execution across North America.

Your role:

  • Serve as a primary support resource for centralized North America Region pricing systems and reporting processes, helping ensure the effective operation, governance, and continuous improvement of critical commercial pricing tools and workflows. Administer and support pricing systems including Apttus, 1PA, SAP/MPM, Tableau, QlikView, and related commercial platforms.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring pricing reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility into pricing performance, policy adherence, approval activity, commercial trends, and program effectiveness. Support the administration of pricing approval workflows, including approver assignments, approval thresholds, user access, governance controls, and audit readiness activities within commercial pricing systems.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and system owners to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvement. Work closely with Pricing Directors, Finance, Commercial Operations, Business Units, and Information Technology teams to fulfill ad hoc analytical requests, resolve system issues, and translate complex data into actionable business insights.

  • Perform compensation-related calculations, reporting, and administrative activities associated with pricing realization programs and other commercial performance metrics. Identify and implement opportunities to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and user experience across the pricing technology landscape, reducing manual effort and increasing organizational productivity.

  • Support internal audit, compliance, and control activities by maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring key governance processes, and ensuring pricing systems and reporting remain aligned with Philips policies and regulatory requirements.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 3+ years of experience in pricing, business analytics, commercial operations, finance, sales operations, business systems administration, or a related discipline. Experience supporting commercial organizations within healthcare, medical technology, manufacturing, or other complex business environments is preferred.

  • You also have experience supporting business reporting, dashboard development, data validation, governance processes, or system administration activities in a fast-paced commercial environment.

  • Your skills include strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support business decisions. You have experience working with enterprise reporting, analytics, and business systems, including Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, SAP, Salesforce, Apttus, Sofon, or similar platforms.

  • You possess strong technical aptitude and are comfortable working across multiple systems, data sources, and business processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You're an effective communicator who can explain technical concepts and analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can build productive relationships across functions while managing multiple priorities and balancing recurring operational responsibilities with ad hoc analytical and project-based work.

  • You're naturally curious, process-oriented, and motivated to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
