Enterprise Architect (Hybrid), W2 only, No C2C

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the design, development, and ongoing management of enterprise-level software applications. This role will focus on architecting scalable solutions, supporting DevOps environments, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver effective, integrated systems.

In this position, you will work closely with program leadership, business analysts, and external vendors to design and implement solutions that align with business needs. You will also play a key role in documentation, testing, and mentoring while ensuring applications integrate seamlessly within the existing technology stack.

• Collaborate with Program Managers and business stakeholders to develop and document business strategies and models
• Design enterprise applications based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Manage and support the DevOps environment for application development and operations
• Facilitate JAD sessions and contribute to design deliverables
• Partner with business analysts to deliver integrated business solutions
• Communicate technical designs using diagrams and modeling tools
• Work with third-party providers including ACH and authentication services
• Provide guidance on application configuration and administration
• Manage software configuration and version control processes
• Interpret requirements, develop prototypes, and propose scalable solutions
• Create technical documentation and present solutions to stakeholders
• Provide mentoring and guidance to team members and technical staff
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end-user support
• Participate in regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Assist with training and knowledge transfer activities

Required Qualifications

• 84 months of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications using UML
• 84 months of experience preparing technical and user documentation
• 84 months of experience designing software applications within the transportation sector
• 84 months of experience testing web applications
• 60 months of experience developing reporting solutions using commercial reporting tools
• 60 months of experience working with Agile development methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with complex enterprise systems and integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience mentoring technical teams and stakeholders
